The second address in Perugia, also from my business trips: the Quattrotorri is at the Perugia-Ellera exit of the expressway, with a large free car park, a pool in summer, a gym and a good restaurant. For anyone touring Umbria by car or motorbike, more practical than the old town.
Lake Trasimeno is twenty minutes away, Assisi half an hour, and Florence or Rome two hours each.
