The Posthotel is a wellness oasis on the Achensee, a good hour from Munich and Innsbruck. Several pools, saunas and thermal areas over a vast area, its own 9-hole golf course, Lipizzaner horses in the hotel’s own stud and a kitchen that means you never need to leave the house. There are no children – the hotel is reserved for adults.
In autumn, winter and spring the Posthotel is at its best for me: fog or snow outside, warm water inside. Two or three days are enough to get you working again.
